Reservation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason. Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. A valid I.D. is required with a credit card at time of check-in.If you have not received an email confirming your reservation within 24 hours of making your reservation, please contact us at 1(617) 426-6220. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival date or a one-night stay will be charged to your credit card. Any changes (i.e. shortening of stay) to your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your arrival will be charged in the full amount of the original reservation. Payment is due upon check-in on the date of arrival. There will be a $15 per night charge for any guests over room capacity. No smoking is permitted in the building. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 charge will be added to your invoice. There is a designated area for smoking in the courtyard. Any type of loss or damage to items in the room or any public space will result in a charge that will be at the discretion of management. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. A safe is provided in your room for your valuables.
